Main Function:
¡ô Circulation system: there is a circulation system in the ultrasonic tank, which maintains the cleanliness of the liquid in the tank through circulation pump and filter.
¡ô Heating and automatic thermostatic system: there is heating and thermostatic device in the ultrasonic tank and steam bath tank with a temperature control range from room temperature to 110¡æ.
¡ô Level control system: there is level controller in the steam batch tank controlling automatic liquid makeup. In the distillation reclaiming tank, level controller controls automatic alarming, shutdown and manual liquid makeup.
¡ô Refrigeration system: there is condensing zone at the upper part of cleaning tank and distillation tank for solvent reclamation, solvent volatilization prevention and solvent consumption minimization.
¡ô Spray system: for manual assistant spray cleaning through spray pump and spray nozzle.
¡ô Cold soaking cleaning: improve the effect of steam bath and improve the surface cleanliness of the parts being cleaned.
¡ô Water separation system: the solvent condensed in the condensing zone realizes the separation of solvent and water through water separator; clean solvent is supplied to ultrasonic tank, quench tank and used as the makeup liquid for steam bath tank.

It is applicable to electronic industry, optical glass industry, clock and watch industry and mechanical and electric industry etc for removing the rosin on the electronic parts and circuit board, grease on the plastics, hardware and precision machine elements, polishing paste, wax and dirt on the waterband and lamp decoration etc.
