Principle and Structural Characteristics of JXZ-Series Ultrasonic Screening Machine
In the ultrasonic Screening Machine, an ultrasonic transducer is fixed onto a simple stainless steel frame easy to clean; the screen is also stretched on this steel frame. The ultrasonic oscillation of transducer goes to the whole screen through radiation plate and to the powder particles at the time to make the particles to remain suspension, and in this way, to prevent the particles from blocking the mesh. On the fine mesh, inherent surface tension is severed thus the mesh is free from friction and surface tension, which may greatly reduce the probability of mesh blockage while the characteristics of powder will not be changed. |
